Technology decisions your board can stand behind, on a nonprofit budget.

Technology has to earn its place next to the mission, and every expense has to stand up to scrutiny. Your systems are a mix of donated software, old databases and spreadsheets that only one volunteer understands. Meanwhile, vendors keep arriving with AI pitches that sound urgent. You need advice that is honest about cost and clear enough to explain to a board.

What usually brings you to us

  • A grant requires better reporting, and your data sits in systems that do not agree.
  • The donor database is outdated, or the person who set it up has moved on.
  • Email, files and calendars sit on accounts nobody manages, and staff and volunteers share logins.
  • A board member asks what the organization is doing about AI, and you want an answer that is sensible rather than trendy.

Where we start

Strategic Advisory. A briefing for your board and leadership, or an assessment of your current systems, gives you a plan and the reasoning behind it. We are independent, which matters when you need to defend a choice to funders.

Migrations & Modernization. Moving to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, retiring an old application, connecting your donor and finance systems. We plan it around your grant cycles and your busiest weeks.

AI Solutions. Where AI saves staff time on real tasks, we set it up, train your people, and write the policy that says how it may and may not be used.

What to expect

We start with your mission and your constraints, not with technology. We want to know what the budget is, who will use the systems, and what your board will ask. We will not recommend anything you cannot afford to run.

Usually that means an assessment or a board session first. You come away with a short list of priorities in order, what each one involves, and what to skip for now. Larger work follows only if you want it, in stages you can budget for.

We will tell you what we would do first.
