Strategic Advisory. Most executives begin here: an assessment of where you stand, a focused session on one decision, or a retainer for ongoing access. We are independent, so the recommendation is yours to use however you see fit.
A technology plan you can defend, and a senior person to call.
You run an established company. The technology under it was built a piece at a time, and now the questions reach you: what to do about AI, whether to replace the core system, whether the proposal in front of you is sound. Your own people are too close to it, and the vendors are paid by the sale. You need a second opinion from someone with no product to sell.
What usually brings you to us
- A vendor has sent a large proposal and you cannot tell what is essential and what is padding.
- The board or your partners want an AI position, and nobody inside can give you a straight one.
- Your IT lead left, and the vendor proposals keep arriving.
- A key system is failing slowly and every option disrupts something.
Where we start
Fractional CIO or CTO. When the decisions keep coming, we take the seat. You get senior technology leadership without a full-time hire.
AI Solutions. Once the direction is set, we can build it: automation, assistants, training and the policies that keep it responsible.
What to expect
The first conversation is with the people who will do the work, not a sales team. You describe the decision in front of you. We ask the questions your own staff may not, and we say plainly what we think. If we are not the right fit, we say that too.
A first engagement is usually short and specific. One decision, one deliverable: a recommendation you can put in front of your board, with the reasoning behind it and a realistic view of the cost. From there, you choose whether to stop, to keep us on call, or to have us carry the plan out.
